Message	Whenever it rains in downtown Kansas City, the water can get up to 12-16 inches high. I see cars like Zs and celicas stranded in the middle of the road when it rains. My step-father drives a 4wd truck, and because of the ride-height he has never had any issues with being stranded. Roads don't flood like that where I live - I thought the advice would be handy.
